. 15-20 years of experience as a proven technology leader with strong data background
. Minimum Certified AWS Solutions Architect/Developer Associate, Preferred AWS Professional Certified on any of the one - Archtiecture, DB Sepciality, Analytics or Developer
. Successful candidates must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Someone with an attitude to finding the optimal and best solution to the problems considering the various aspects of the scenario
. Strong Experience on working on AWS Cloud with experience on serverless , data and security services. Fair experience/understanding on Well-Architected framework.
. Experience with Data Lineage and Cataloguing Tools or devlopment of these products for observability preferrably on Cloud. Someone who understands the intricacies and complexities of data from a data governance and security lens
. Strong written and oral communication skills, an ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills and an excellent work ethic.
. Strong experience and leadership in technology modernization strategy, contemporary practices, patterns, and tooling, including, but not limited to Cloud computing. Should have devised/executed large distributed system, fault-tolerant, highly scalable databases and refactoring in accordance with cloud native principals. Understanding of big data technologies/ecosystem and event driven architectural and data modeling principals, API gateway etc.
. Ability to analyze complex cross functional business and technology inter-connects and work effectively with stakeholders to deliver big programs and ensuring solutions will deliver the required business results.\xe2\x80\xa2 Domain knowledge in the financial services space will be preferred.
. Experience of managing high caliber geographically distributed teams and serve as a role model, providing technical leadership and mentorship. Given global remit it will require working across multiple work streams and teams, flexibility to work with global architecture, engineering and product teams across different time zones (when required) and within rigid timelines.

• Able to forge productive working relationships with product managers, product owners, business and technology stakeholders and other team members. Define and design business functionality based on an understanding of product strategy, operational, infrastructural, regulatory and market needs.
