Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

ETL Lead

with over 6 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and drive end-to-end data integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with ETL tools, cloud platforms, and data warehousing best practices. This role involves both hands-on development and leading a small team to deliver high-quality, performance-optimized ETL workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust, scalable ETL workflows for processing both structured and unstructured data. Architect and deliver complete data warehousing solutions for enterprise-grade systems. Develop and manage data pipelines on cloud platforms such as

Snowflake

Redshift

, or

Azure Synapse

. Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance throughout all ETL processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data integration strategies. Monitor and optimize pipeline performance for scalability and cost efficiency. Lead and mentor a team of ETL developers, ensuring adherence to coding and design standards. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support project delivery.
