What will you be responsible for The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing the ETL processes for the analytic solution(s) Production monitoring and support Establish quality processes to deliver a stable and reliable analytical solution Content management on SharePoint sub-site Ensure providing complete, accurate, and timely metrics information to stakeholders. Ensure a standard process is used throughout the enterprise for metrics development, creation, and analysis. Manage, maintain, and enhance the Power BI dashboard Actively solicit input from stakeholders and provide feedback to the leadership and program manager at every step of metrics lifecycle from development to operational phases. What would your day look like Collect and understand the requirements by working with different SMEs Create custom tables/views using ETL tools like SSIS to support report/dashboard development Develop reports/dashboards using Power BI. Deploy the reports/DB/ETL objects to production environment Monitor the deployed reports/DB/ETL objects and make changes to the objects in lieu of changes to the source changes Communicate the overall report design to both technical and business stakeholders Develop and maintain APIs in place for data extraction and transformation (preferably in Python) Assist the security metrics organization to support security agenda through security KRI\'s / KPI\'s development and reporting. Ensure metrics data is consistently collected, analyzed, and reported to leadership. Work collaboratively with multiple members of Providence IS teams Who are we looking for 4-year University (Bachelor\'s) degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in an Information Systems role. Minimum 7 years of experience in technical roles related to SQL and BI Tools,must be hands-on results/delivery-oriented professional with proven abilitytocollaborate withhigh caliber engineeringteams Excellent SQL skills - Write SQL queries, create stored procedures, fix performance issues Excellent Reporting skills - Hands on experience in Power BI reporting tool. Good ETL knowledge - Hands on experience in SSIS ETL tool. Understanding on Data warehouse, fact, and dimensional tables Proven ability to architect, develop BI and analytics solutions, iteratively build and prototype dashboards Good understanding of industry standards and emerging business intelligences and data management methodologies. Experience in implementation and usage of reporting and business intelligence solutions (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and related data management. Desirable to have above average analytical skills: candidate should be able to derive meaningful and risk-based insights from data. Keen to learning and adapting to technologies and not limited to database related alone
