Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Content Operations Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-impact team that shapes the quality and structure of content powering our customer-facing platforms. You'll play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding external content sources into our systems, as well as continuously improving the structure, completeness, and relevance of existing content.



Your work will ensure we deliver accurate, timely, and high-value content to end users across various applications. You'll collaborate closely with our Solution Analysis and Content Technology teams and interface with global stakeholders. We're looking for a data-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the technical proficiency to translate insights into actions.

About You - Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments:



Minimum 5 years of experience as Data Analyst, or similar data-focused role Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Athena) Strong with Excel, SQL skills, preferably PostgreSQL Familiarity with data quality metrics and frameworks Metadata analysis and taxonomy/ontology understanding Experience with data modeling and structured/unstructured data Strong data wrangling and exploration experience

It Would Be Great if You Also Had:



Experience with Databricks, or similar data platforms Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) Exposure to API integration and working with JSON/XML data

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:



Evaluate and analyze external content sources for relevance, quality, structure, and usability Perform data quality assessments and help design data profiling frameworks Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and content specialists to onboard new content sources Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to share findings and support decisions Improve existing content through structured analysis and feedback loops Translate technical findings into business-friendly presentations for non-technical stakeholders Support automation efforts for content transformation and integration Participate in continuous improvement of content ingestion processes and validation workflows Ensure compliance with data usage policies and content governance standards
