We are looking for an experienced Lead Cyber Security Developer with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to join a high-performing Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This L3 role demands strong hands-on capability in Java development, advanced integrations, and enterprise-scale IAM architecture within regulated, high-security environments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Lead the design, development, customization, and integration of SailPoint IIQ solutions.
• Custom Integrations: Build and implement Web Service connector integrations and deliver tailored IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
• Advanced Coding: Leverage expert-level Java development skills to enhance, optimize, and maintain IAM frameworks.
• Issue Resolution: Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless IAM operations.
• Technical Leadership: Drive best practices, guide junior team members, and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8+ years in Cyber Security or IAM, including at least 5 years of hands-on SailPoint IIQ development.
• Java Expertise: Minimum 5 years of professional Java coding experience.
• Integrations: Strong experience with Web Service connector integrations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead technical conversations and solution design discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.

Work Details

• Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (IST)
• Work Mode: 100% onsite (5 days a week)
• Locations: Hyderabad SEZ, Pune SEZ, or Chandigarh SEZ
