As a Lead Analyst - GTM Planning, you will be responsible for central management and consolidation of GTM Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales and Marketing Ops, Analytics, and Finance teams to drive GTM planning excellence and provide data-driven insights to GTM leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of annual GTM planning processes, including AOP consolidation and strategic planning cycles
Support the execution of quarterly business review processes across the GTM organization
Build and maintain sophisticated models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions
Create executive-level insights reports providing visibility into GTM performance metrics
Conduct variance analysis between planned and actual results, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions
Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and GTM Analytics teams to ensure data integrity and process alignment
Provide data and analytical support to corporate strategic initiatives, and GTM experimentation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field; MBA preferred
5-7 years of progressive experience in business analysis, financial planning & analysis, GTM operations, or strategy consulting
Proven experience in SaaS or high-growth technology companies
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Additional Information
Strong business acumen with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Experience with go-to-market planning in B2B SaaS environment preferred
Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms
