Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Lead Conversion:

Developing and executing strategies (e.g., email sequences, targeted calls, valuable content) to build relationships with leads over time & converting the leads into sales

Sales Pipeline Management:

Tracking, maintaining, and updating the progress of leads within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Communication & Follow-up:

Making timely outgoing calls, sending emails, and engaging on social media to qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel.

Conversion Optimization:

Analyzing existing conversion processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing A/B testing or other methods to improve the rate at which leads become customers.

Content Alignment:

Ensuring that leads receive the right type of content (educational, case studies, demos, etc.) at each stage of their buyer's journey.
Key Skills and Qualifications

CRM Proficiency:

Expertise in using CRM software to manage lead data, track interactions, and automate follow-ups.

Data-Driven Techniques:

Using lead scoring and conversion tracking to prioritize efforts and measure success.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to engage and persuade potential customers.

Problem-Solving:

The ability to understand a lead's specific pain points and articulate how the company's solution can meet their unique needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
