lead follow-up, Conduct Online meetings , coordination with external digital marketing teams, and smooth handover to the support team after conversion

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up on inbound leads generated via digital marketing
Conduct
online product demos and sales meetings via Zoom / Google Meet
Convert qualified leads into paying customers
Coordinate with
external Meta Ads / digital marketing teams
regarding lead quality and feedback
Maintain proper lead status and follow-up tracking
After conversion,
handover customer details to the support/onboarding team
Ensure professional communication and timely follow-ups
Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years of experience
in inside sales / lead conversion / corporate sales
Experience in
software, ERP, POS, SaaS, or IT services
is preferred
Fluent English speaking (mandatory)
Fluent Hindi speaking (mandatory)
Comfortable with Zoom meetings, calls, and online demo Presentations
Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
Basic CRM or lead management experience preferred
