Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Veeva Vault Technical.

Responsible for overall delivery quality and timeliness for managed support services as it related to Veeva Vault (RIM and eTMF). The role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates closely with Marketing, R&D and Regulatory users to support them on ongoing operations and maintenance, Incident Management, Service Management, Change Request Management, Problem Management
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, including access issues, data integrity issues and ensure triage and resolution
  • Responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of the team
  • Serve as technical and functional expert on Veeva Vault applications including RIM and eTMF
  • Responsible for implementing configuration change requests on lifecycles, workflows, security settings, objects and document types/subtypes
  • Provide Veeva administration and operational support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles, data management, workflows and report creation
  • Work with business leads to identify new or changing requirements. Translate requests into technical or business process options. Drive prioritization and implementation
  • Interface and communicate with client and all key stakeholders regarding deliverables, project status, risk identification / mitigation and issue management.
  • Coordinate with Veeva Managed services for Veeva product release and resolution of any major issues in application
  • Responsible for risk assessment of changes in all releases across all Veeva application
  • Oversee and participate in system and user acceptance testing including IQ/OQ/PQ
  • Draft and Lead IT change control process as required for Veeva Vault applications
  • Configure and develop custom objects, layouts, reports, Force.com Apex classes, Apex trigger
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
  • Degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or other relevant Field.
  • Experience in the Pharma industry with Vault support role preferably for a Europe based Pharma
  • Technical hands-on expertise on Vault RIM and eTMF administration and configuration is mandatory
  • High level understanding of Pharma Marketing business processes
  • Certification in Veeva Vault administration is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of 21CFR Part 11, regulatory compliance and validation standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, good decision-making skills, and time management skills.
