Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Salesforce Field Service Developer
A Salesforce FSL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Field Service Lightning solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This includes custom components, integrations, and performance optimization
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations.
Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.
Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems, using APIs and middleware.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification:
B.E or B.Tech or MCA
Relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Field Service.
Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.
Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
