Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Salesforce Developer- Agent ForceIn this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Data Cloud and Salesforce OMS primarily. Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Agentforce and hands on development experience of Data Cloud.
Responsibilities:
Agentforce Development:

Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate tasks and improve customer service efficiency. Experience in writing complex and multi-step Prompt Builder steps and flows Implement complex Agentforce orchestration flows to automate multi-step processes. Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other relevant systems both internal Salesforce systems and external platforms Train and support users on Agentforce best practices. Optimize Agentforce agents for performance and scalability. Monitor Agentforce agents for errors and performance issues and implement corrective actions.

Minimum Qualification:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in cloud data engineering or a similar role. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
