Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - React Native!
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance mobile applications using React Native. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions. You'll also mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our digital products.
Responsibilities
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using React Native and related technologies
Solve complex technical problems with creativity and innovation
Participate in architecture and design discussions
Collaborate with a close-knit team in an agile environment
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and technical reviews
Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices
Work with cloud microservice architectures and maintain scalable systems
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Minimum Qualifications
Hands on experience in software development across React Native, React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS
Proven experience in agile scrum methodologies
Deep understanding of design patterns and collaborative development practices
Experience in healthcare or related industries
Ability to work independently and mentor others
Strong portfolio of past projects with detailed contributions
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience building data-driven products
Familiarity with cloud configuration and operations
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Passion for shipping beautiful, scalable, and maintainable code
