Inviting applications for the role of Lead Quality Analyst, SFDC!

We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Analyst to drive quality strategy, test execution, and governance across complex technology programs. In this role, you will define quality standards, lead testing efforts, and ensure solutions are delivered with high reliability, compliance, and business confidence.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on testing expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

Define and own the overall quality and test strategy across programs and releases Lead functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing efforts Review and validate business and technical requirements to ensure testability and coverage Design, review, and approve test plans, test cases, and test scenarios Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and environments Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, and quality metrics reporting Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and delivery governance Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to shift quality left Support test automation strategy and guide the team on tool selection and best practices Lead test execution for complex integrations and multi-system workflows Mentor junior and mid-level QA analysts and support capability building Provide clear quality status, risks, and mitigation plans to project and program leadership
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent Proven experience as a Quality Analyst / QA Lead on enterprise-scale programs Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile delivery models Hands-on experience with functional, integration, and UAT testing Experience testing APIs, integrations, and data flows Strong defect management and reporting skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred qualifications

Experience leading QA for Salesforce, MuleSoft, or enterprise integration programs Exposure to test automation frameworks and tools Experience in regulated environments (banking, financial services, etc.) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Strong documentation and reporting skills
