In this role, The Tester will be responsible for analyzing business processes requirements, development of test scenarios and end to end testing of automation solutionsResponsibilities:
Development on Power platform for Enhancements*
Incident Management for issues to be reported*
Troubleshoot the issue (L2/L3)*
Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents*
Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary*
Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization*
Update incident management tool with required details*
Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required*
Work on Change requests during idle time*
Candidates who have knowledge on Power Platform which contains:*
Power Automate*
Power Apps (Canvas app, Model Driven App and Dataverse)*
Security and Roles, Deployment strategies, Design Concept, Accessibility, Power Page*
Type script, Java Script PowerBI, Licensing, Basic programming languages Eg. Java, .Net, Python and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)*
Certifications*
Location: Hyderabad (Uppal) or Gurgaon (Badshahpur)*

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Applications*
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform*
Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script / PCF*
Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients*
Preferred qualifications
Experience in IT / ITSM project*
MS Power Platform Certification*
