About the Role:
The primary responsibility is to lead key strategic projects of the company, in-line with the company\'s strategy. The position holder leads the management of diverse stakeholders (internal customers), ensures full visibility of ongoing project\'s progress, leads delivery of engagements and associated outputs, supports the team in engagement work/project management and delivers high-quality deliverables. They work with consulting senior management to develop opportunities of improvement and help them achieve the desired transformation through execution of changes. This position may involve periodic travel to Novartis locations where full-time or part-time on-site project delivery is required for internal customers.
Key Responsibility
Leads the program from discovery to deployment phase (which may include large scale implementation, technology platform development, change management)

Change Management, Customer and User experience
Lead and handling change management or CX programs from conception to design and adoption, ensuring successful implementation of organizational or technology transformations.
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, building change networks, communication strategies, training programs, and performance metrics to drive desired outcomes.
Immersive experience in transformation program involving development of CX/UX designs, prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to build intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences.
Provide oversight and standard process methodology for Change Management practice to ensure strong agreement and adoption for new field initiatives and ongoing field feedback for continual performance optimisation.
Strong understanding of organizational development, operating models or related fields, with a focus on driving business transformation and improving customer experiences.
To foster innovation by driving awareness and excellence in customer experience models.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on change management, with strong fundamentals of CX/UX design, and design thinking standard processes, methodologies, and tools.
Proven record of successfully impacting the key metrics in large transformations.
Change Adoption Rates/Net Promoter Score (NPS) or CSAT/Revenue or Operational improvement!

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:
Around 15 years of business transformation experience in management consulting, leading medium to large complexity projects.
At least 5 years of people management experience, through direct reports and / or leading large stakeholder teams across cross functional groups in an organization
Demonstrated core consulting skills of analysis, top-down thinking, and presentation.
Ability to learn and develop new concepts/frameworks and adapt ways of working accordingly.
Excellence in soft skills to effectively work with diverse set of senior stakeholders in the organization.
Previous work experience in areas of Change Management, Project and Program Management in large transformation programs involving Operating Model Design, M&A support (diligence, post-merger integration), design thinking, customer journey mapping or CX/UX programs.
Strong program management skills to plan, coordinate and supervise large transformation program.
Ability to drive thought leadership in one or more Pharma related functions.
Work experience of supporting projects in Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences
Desired Requirements
Master\'s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as business administration. Advanced degrees or certifications in change management or industry certification in CX/UX / Design Thinking, etc. are a plus.
