We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across our organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Mac Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our macOS environment across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mac management, JAMF administration, and a solid understanding of IT service management practices aligned with ITIL standards. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring a secure, stable, and efficient end-user computing experience for macOS users.
Manage and administer Mac endpoints across the organization, ensuring consistent configuration, security, and performance.
Deploy, configure, and maintain devices through JAMF Pro, including policies, profiles, and patch management.
Perform software packaging, deployment, and updates for macOS applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to macOS, JAMF, and enterprise integrations (network, authentication, etc.).
Support user onboarding/offboarding and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
Collaborate with IT operations, security, and infrastructure teams to enhance endpoint management capabilities.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the Mac management domain.
Provide input into ITIL-aligned processes such as incident, problem, and change management.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant year of experience in Mac administration and support in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with JAMF Pro (configuration profiles, policies, patch management, scripting).
Proficiency in macOS troubleshooting, deployment, and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, MDM, and enterprise security integrations.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
JAMF 100 or higher certification (advantageous).
ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
