Lead Consultant, Kafka

Admin

In this role,

you will

be responsible for

coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn

new technologies

.

Responsibilities

A Kafka admin, also known as Kafka administrator, is a professional responsible for managing and

maintaining

confluent Kafka clusters in an organization.

Cluster monitoring and maintenance:

monitoring

the health and performance of

kafka

clusters,

identifying

,

resolving

issues

and ensuring high availability and reliability.

Kafka

admins

analyzes

logs,

implement

authorization

usipR

ACL at topic level,

kafka

cluster linking and mirroring.

Troubleshooting and performance Optimization:

identifying

and resolving issues related to

kafka

cluster performance, mirroring data between cluster links, message delivery and consumer/producer common errors

.

Make sure that our applications are secure,

stable,

and meet all regulatory requirements

.

Make sure deployments and testing are automated

Integrate applications in the

Client application

landscape

Work in a cross-border agile

squad and

actively contribute to continuous improvement of quality and speed

.

Qualifications we

seek

in you!

Minimum Qualifications

BE/B Tech/MCA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Well-versed experience as Kafka Administrator

Hands-on experience in creating Kafka Topics/brokers &

setting up

Zookeeper instances.

Understanding

Linux, Linux shell scripting and I

IS.

Confluent Kafka maintenance and troubleshooting

Hands on experience with brokers

Understanding of

Kafka client producer and consumer functioning

Understanding of Grafana, Prometheus and Splunk dashboards.

Familiarity of Wealth Management Technology platform is a plus
