Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Java AWS Developer

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong AWS cloud experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and cloud-native applications using Java and AWS services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance software solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot).*
Develop and deploy applications in AWS using services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, and API Gateway.*
Work with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.*
Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of systems in production environments.*
Write unit, integration, and automated tests.*
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability issues.*
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.*
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.*
AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer - Associate or higher).*
Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.*
Knowledge of messaging systems like SNS/SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.*
Familiarity with front-end technologies or API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).*



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

hands-on experience in Java (8 or higher).*
Solid experience with Spring Boot / Spring Cloud.*
Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native development.*
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.*
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).*
Understanding of secure coding practices and cloud security fundamentals.*
Experience with logging/monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, ELK, or Datadog.*
