Description . experience Supply chain domain & IT which includes 15+ years hands-on experience in Cloud and EBS Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Global Trade Management (GTM), ERP Supply Chain experience with expertise in Order Management, Shipment Planning, Shipment Execution, Contract & Rate Management, Business Process & Automation, Configuration/ Administration and Financials. . Experience in Oracle Cloud OTM/GTM applications . Experience in data migration from on prem to Cloud OTM/GTM . Functional expertise in Logistics/Transportation domain which includes Air, Land & Sea operations. . Expertise in configuring Oracle Transportation management modules: Excellent Functional experience in Implementation, Upgrade, Enhancement, Testing, Production Support, Conversion, User Training, Analyzing Business requirements and writing functional design specifications. . Configuration / Administration / Implementation / Upgrade / Training / Support experience in the following core modules. . OTM . GTM . Fleet Management . Contract/rate Management . Shipment Execution . Operational Planning . Business process automation . Order management . Financials . Functional expertise in Interface between modules such as, Order management (OTM) with Oracle Purchasing -PO inbound for OTM using BPEL/SOA and Web methods . Ability to interact directly with client and/or end users / Super users to solicit information and define solution requirements. . Exposure to preparation of high-level functional design documents like CF 250, BP80 and BR100 docs. . Full life cycle implementation going through Development (DEV) , Conference Room Pilot (CRP) , User Acceptance Test (UAT) , Integration Testing and Production, User Training, go-live and post go-live Support in complex Multi-Org Environment. . Experience in implementation Process mapping, configuration, AS IS analysis, TO BE process development integrating various modules, Gap Analysis & Developing Functional Design Specifications. . Project Management: Prioritizing system problems, enhancement request and scope management. Reporting the status to the Steering Committee. . Documentation using AIM, Involved in documentation in accordance with standards (BP80, BR100, CF250 and BR110) . Successfully completed on 1 Implementations, 2 upgrades . Excellent Industry experience in Transportation and Logistics handling Inbound and Outbound shipments (AIR/SEA/TRUCKING). . Knowledge in Fleet management, assigning driver, power unit on to shipment upon shipment creation. . Hands on experience in FTI like creation of Dashboards, building reports, working knowledge on RPD.
