The Training Enablement role provides functional support to create value and improved business performance of Process Trainings across all divisions as Allstate India. This role is responsible for providing administrative support for process training related task intakes, training and transition support assignments and document management. This role enables faster and successful completion of Process Trainings.
Job Responsibilities
Create/Maintain training content (Training Plans, Facilitator Guides, SOPs. Presentations, etc. )
Observe training delivered by the trainers and provide constructive feedback
Create, maintain & publish reports on trainings
Work with process trainers to identify training/refresher needs and create development action plan to address performance issues
Drive Process Knowledge tests for all processes
Responsible for data management & accountability for internal and external audit compliance
