Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Identity Engineer

Responsibilities Design and manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems including SSO, MFA, and RBAC*
Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity)*

o oMonitor and audit identity-related activities for compliance

Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates across endpoints, servers, and applications*
Automate certificate lifecycle: issuance, renewal, revocation*
Maintain internal and external CA integrations (e.g., DigiCert, Let's Encrypt)*
Ensure TLS/SSL configurations meet security best practice*
Log all incidents and service requests in the ITSM system, ensuring SLA adherence.*
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 with proper documentation.*
Maintain and update SOPs and contribute to the internal knowledge base.*



Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).*
Experience in IAM and certificate management*
Strong knowledge of protocols: LDAP, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Kerberos, SCIM*
Hands-on experience with PKI, HSMs, and certificate automation tools (e.g., Certbot, Venafi, HashiCorp Vault)*
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)*
Familiarity with cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM)*
