Must have good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Must have Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience Good understanding of DMS and related processes. Should have good understanding of Dealer management and Order management related processes. Should have good understanding of Salesforce, basic Salesforce Admin knowledge and its capabilities Must have experience of requirement analysis and detailing, fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation Must have experience in testing functionalities as per requirement Must have experience in conducting UAT with business users and trainings * Should have good understanding of Sales and Service management process
