Key Responsibilities

1. Dynamics 365 Field Service Expertise

Lead solution design and implementation within

Dynamics 365 Field Service

, including work orders, scheduling, assets, and resource management. Configure and customize Field Service modules as per business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs.

2. Integration & API Development

Design and develop

integration solutions

between Dynamics 365 (Field Service) and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Mobility, etc.). Build and maintain

RESTful and SOAP APIs

, middleware, and microservices for system interoperability. Utilize

Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Power Automate)

or other integration tools. * Develop secure, scalable APIs adhering to organizational governance and versioning standards.
