This role demands expertise in service setup and infrastructure management, particularly with graph databases. Accountabilities:

Implement and maintain Neo4j graph database infrastructure to deploy the Knowledge Graph Service.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure meets service requirements.

Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for streamlined deployment.

Leverage containerisation technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

Configure and manage AWS cloud platform for optimal performance and scalability.

Implement monitoring and logging solutions for performance, reliability, and security.

Continuously evaluate and improve infrastructure setup with new technologies and best practices.

Document infrastructure setup, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing.

Essential Skills/Experience:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong knowledge in setting up and managing Neo4j (or similar) graph database infrastructure, including configuration, backup, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Proven experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), and automated deployment (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

Expertise in cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with containerisation technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or OpenShift for service deployment and management.

Experience in designing, implementing, and managing secure and scalable network infrastructure, including load balancing, SSL/TLS, and VPNs.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of the Neo4j service.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes, IT service management, and incident management.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.

Expertise in performance optimisation techniques for large-scale infrastructure environments.

Knowledge of advanced network and security concepts like zero-trust architectures.

Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Certification in cloud platforms or DevOps methodologies.
