Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- Developer SFDC

In this role you will be responsible for developing the Digital Applications for Global Clients.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Lead analysis, design, development, unit test and deployment on Salesforce platform as part of Agile cadence

\xc2\xb7 Build custom solutions on the platform using LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce

\xc2\xb7 Implement standard Salesforce functionality including sharing rules, roles, profiles, etc. and use standard features including Workflow, Process builder, and flows to create solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Execute integration testing with Apex test classes and maintain maximum code coverage.

\xc2\xb7 Developing trigger, batch class, and scheduled job by maintaining best coding standards

\xc2\xb7 Write Apex using industry standard best practices and design patterns.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain expert level knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices to scale implementations across multiple GE Digital business units.

\xc2\xb7 Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems, either through custom API or middleware tools.

\xc2\xb7 Work on production incident debugging, analysis, bug fixes, service requests, data loads, minor/major enhancements.

\xc2\xb7 Provide business support for critical issues and mentor operations team members.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in increasing the efficiency of our sales organization and in scaling our sales systems for rapid growth.

Preferred Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer in Sales and Service Cloud

\xc2\xb7 Experience working on development of Sales Cloud instances for mid-market or enterprise size companies.

\xc2\xb7 Using declarative (Process builder, Flow and Workflow) versus programmatic methods and extending the Lightning Platform using Apex and Lightning web components.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable experience designing, and personally building, Lightning pages for enhanced end user experiences.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with Salesforce sites and Communities

\xc2\xb7 Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST & SOAP API, JSON & XML, etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Experience using Apex Data loader.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, coding, design guidelines and governor limits

\xc2\xb7 Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and Salesforce Admin certification

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

\xc2\xb7 BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience.

Preferred qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Salesforce Platform Developer II certification

\xc2\xb7 Salesforce Administrator certification

\xc2\xb7 Experience with Marketing applications (e.g. Marketo)

\xc2\xb7 Experience in CTI integration (e.g. InContact)
