Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Business Analyst!
You will help Genpact build automation solutions which are scalable and consistent across global deployment.
Responsibilities:
Requirement gathering and analysis of Business requirements.
Work with client organization to understand technical requirements to implement IT Solutions
Platform Rationalization
Response against RFP/ RFI related to Specialty Insurance Products
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
BE/ B Tech/ MCA
AINS / CPCU certified
Business Analysis Experience in Specialty Insurance Domain
Preferred qualifications:
Strong Specialty Insurance domain & IT knowledge
Requirement Elicitation & translate into technical IT solutions.
Hands on Experience to Manage COTS Products
Experience on any 2 products out of following Insurance Products -
Insurity - ConceptOne
Vertafor - AIM, IMS
ImageRight, AIR, RMS, TRU, Virtual MGA, Emergine
Production Support of Insurance Apps under SLA/KPI ambit
Strong coordination & liaising experience with Vendors, Business Owners, Infrastructure, Cloud team, etc.
Aware about IT Tech stacks (Front End Languages, Databases, Cloud, API)
Strong Experience in writing SQL queries
Experience on JIRA/ Remedy tool
Iterative / Agile / DevOps/ ITIL practices & tools
Data Analysis & Data Migration experience
Preparing Process Flows and Screen Mockups
Execution of Transformation, Integration & Automation Programs/ Projects
Excellent verbal, written communication skills and Analytical reasoning ability.
