The Opportunity:
This role is a part of the Professional Services Lead Consultant Documentum/Captiva in Latin America.

What you will be doing:
As Principal Consultant, Professional Services for LATAM, you will:

• Design and prepare architecture of projects
• Troubleshooting and Performance Tunning
• Support Documentum and Captiva environments
• Assist deployment of code in QA, staging and production
• Perform administration of servers on all environments
• Coordinate with all the concerned teams involved

You are great at:

• Consultancy skills, being able to understand customer needs and translate it into technical actions
• Good written and spoken communication skills (Portuguese MUST)
• Fluency in English and Spanish intermediate Level
• Troubleshooting skills
• Fast learning skills
• Self-management skills, being able to self-manage his/her time and tasks to accomplish with project goals, reporting the progress of his/her tasks.

Specific Technical Requirements:

• OpenText Documentum products as Server, D2, xCP, Capital Projects, Assets Operations, among others
• Open Text Intelligent Capture (), as Batch and Realtime Services
• Operating Systems Windows - 2008/2012/2016/2019 Server, Unix, Linux versions
• RDBMS/Tools SQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
• Web/Application Servers Tomcat 8, 9+ JBoss, Weblogic
• Web Servers Apache, IIS
• LDAP and Active Directory integrations
• Debug day to day issues as a part of support
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems

Desirably Technical Requirements:

• Review and provide feedback on architecture and infrastructure designs
• Install patches on components
• Applications Tunning to improve performance and efficiency
• Install Application Servers, Data Bases, Web Servers and Open Text products
• Maintain and develop existing
• IDE/Development Tools NetBeans, Eclipse
• TCP/IP, Load balancer, Firewalls and network advanced knowledge
• JAVA Development (Webservices, Rest, Servlet, etc), .NET

Good written and spoken communication skills to present solutions to technical and management levels
