Description
Skill -E2E Designer
Hands on experience in J2EE and other open source frameworks like Spring, Hibernate etc. Very good Understanding of software design patterns is a must. Good Knowledge of web services with WSDL, XSD, XSLT, REST, Understanding of object oriented concepts. Understanding of Micro services Angular JS is an added advantage. Ability to create technical specification documents with UML diagrams is a must. Capturing and documenting non functional requirements impacts Hands on experience in requirement analysis, gap analysis, estimation techniques. Capable of suggesting best practice and alternate solutions for the applications. Investigate and undertake analysis on how to improve existing projects or components. Capable of tuning the application for better performance and scalability. Experience in working as part of agile scrum teams. Excellent written and verbal communication with good analytical skills. Should be able to work in multi team multi vendor model with stakeholder management and engagement. Ability to work under stringent deadlines. Ability to work on organization expectations and initiatives.
