Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Backend developer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for Energy Business. You will function as a lead developer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution.



Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using NestJs (Node.js framework).*
Build and integrate RESTful APIs.*
Develop and maintain microservices architecture for scalability and modularity.*
Work extensively with PostgreSQL for data modeling, queries, and optimization.*
Ensure code quality with unit tests, integration tests, and adherence to best practices.*
Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to integrate APIs seamlessly.*
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.*
Work with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.*
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.*
Ensure high availability, security and reliability in production systems.*
Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

BE/B Tech/MCA*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills*
Preferred qualifications/Skills

Strong experience with NestJs, Typescript and Node.js.*
Proven experience designing and developing microservices architectures.*
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (queries, optimization, indexing, migrations).*
Solid understanding of API design, authentication, and authorization.*
Experience with caching strategies and asynchronous processing.*
Familiarity with message brokers and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).*
Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest.*
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.*
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.*
Good understanding of application security principles.*
Strong debugging, problem-solving abilities and experience in agile/scrum development environments.*
