Inviting applications for the role of Tech-Lead Consultant, Analytics_Cross verticals - C&H, BCM and HMS_Sales, commerical & Marketing_Sales Business analyst_Standard
Responsibilities
Business consultant coordinating among Sales, commercial & Marketing functional domains
Collaborate with business users to gather and document reporting requirements.
Work with the BI team to prioritize enhancements and break/fix requests
Support self-service reporting initiatives and guide business users on best practices.
Maintain documentation including SOPs, data dictionaries, and report catalogs.
Monitor performance of critical dashboards and coordinate with technical teams to resolve refresh or data latency issues.
Assist in metadata management and cataloging using extended properties.
Support data governance and ensure compliance with audit and approval workflows
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
experience as a Business Analyst in a BI or data analytics environment.
Familiarity with SQL , Python and data extraction via SSIS.
Experience working with operational data stores and near real-time data pipelines.
Ability to interpret complex data models and transformation logic.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with metadata cataloging and documentation practices.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Understanding of licensing constraints and publishing workflows in PowerBI.
Exposure to Azure Databricks and unstructured data ingestion is a plus.
