Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, AI Engineer !
We are seeking a talented and self-driven AI Engineer to join our offshore team and help design and implement intelligent applications using cutting-edge generative AI technologies. This role focuses on building robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, integrating with knowledge graphs (Neo4j), and orchestrating pipelines using LangChain or LangFlow.
You will work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, backend developers, and product owners to deliver scalable and innovative AI solutions.
We're looking for a technical sound and who is interested in working within a customer environment.
Work location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using LLMs and vector databases.
• Build and optimize workflows using LangChain and/or LangFlow.
• Model, store, and query structured and unstructured data in Neo4j for use in AI-driven applications.
• Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions (e.g., document search, question answering, summarization).
• Work with embedding models, vector stores (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone), and APIs.
• Integrate AI solutions with external systems, APIs, and databases.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and documentation efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in LLMs, knowledge graphs, and prompt engineering.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangFlow.
• Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and pipeline design.
• Strong experience with Neo4j (Cypher queries, data modeling, integrations).
• Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI, LangChain modules).
• Experience working with LLMs like GPT, Claude, or similar.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and tuning for LLM applications.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and API integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Retail/eCommerce domain experience.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Familiarity with front-end integration of AI services (e.g., Streamlit, Gradio, or web UI).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI deployments.
• Background in knowledge engineering or semantic search.
