The Role
Computer Operators at Kyndryl are key in helping revolutionize the way we operate complex computer systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.
As a Computer Operator you will be on the technical frontline - performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Walkthrough Meetings for Checklist Reviewing
Operations Procedure Review
Procedure Migration from Sharepoint to NotesQ tool
Attend to Tandem Meetings
Preparing email for the Weekend's changes
Creating cards for all planned changes for the Weekend
Review of the Changes / Timelines / Cards of the last weekend.
Look for possibilities of process automation
Perform onboard of new Operations / TTS hires.
Monitor Operations mailbox for change related emails.
Approve change records when requested
Create Monthly Cards Reset Change
Prepare the schedule for the monthly Operations 2nd level stand-by in off-hours
Monitor the expiring date for the Operations resources ID's.
Perform PIR (Post Implementation Review) in certain changes.
Collect all checklists in the mailbox that will be used by Operations in the weekends and review it.
Keep escalation process document always updated and inform Operations team for any possible change
Approve ID's renewal / deletion for Kyndryl users
Perform Off-Boarding process for users that are no longer working for Operations Kyndryl.
