About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Communications Consultant. The candidate will support the Head of Technology for Wells Fargo India & Philippines and provide strategic communications leadership for the line of business in the region. They will handle an integrated communications role covering executive communications, employee communications, change communications, events, and conferences, as well as support content for PR and social media. The candidate will be tightly integrated with the global Technology Communications team. This is an individual contributor role that will functionally report to the global Communications leader for Wells Fargo Technology in the U.S. The role requires strong written communications skills with the ability to connect with a diverse audience of technology professionals across the division and drive employee engagement. The candidate will create content for multiple channels across the company such as email, video, intranet, a customized internal social media platform, etc. Role will also support multiple internal and external events like hackathons, Technology conferences and Datathons. They will produce articles and digital messaging, create social media content for key projects, develop presentation and speeches. The candidate will create, execute, and measure communications strategies for key Technology programs and initiatives, seamlessly collaborating with stakeholders and resources across multiple time zones (US and India). The candidate will be self-sufficient and manage relationships across the line-of-business and multiple senior stakeholder groups across the organization. Responsibilities Provides strategic counsel and communications support to the head of the function. Executes a metrics-based communications plan and maintains a high level of engagement resulting in measurable positive employee sentiment. Delivers communications that align with business priorities. Designs internal, executive, and initiative communications within Technology-specific areas Develops and maintains a communications calendar for Town Halls, AMAs/live events, written messaging, special events and metricizes impact. This includes independent creation of content for the head of the function\'s Town Hall. Offers insight, consults on reputational matters, and assists with crisis/change communications. Identifies stories of possible interest to external media and shares it with the PR lead for I&P. Once approved, provides relevant content to the PR Lead - print, social, etc. Collaborates with Technology Communications and across Public Affairs to coordinate work and deliver an integrated communications approach. Translates complex business and technology concepts into impactful stories for internal and external channels. Delivers timely, clear communications to different audiences using the most effective channels to ensure high message quality and alignment with company\'s brand/design standards. Represents the communications function at the senior leadership table. Manages internal and external events end-to-end from a messaging, branding, content, and design perspective. Ensures content on the intranet and all other communication vehicles (collaterals, digital channels, presentations, etc.) reflects the company\'s key messages, supports the organization\'s strategy and goals, and is brand compliant.
