Job Purpose
Drive processes and competencies in Respiratory / Sterile / Oral Solids dosage forms with respect to Site to Site Transfers, Qualification & Validation, Investigation & CAPA, Continuous Improvement, Harmonization, New Technologies and Best Practise Sharing to ensure smooth operations
Accountabilities
I. Generate Product Stewardship in the COE (Technical Services) function to generate focus and alignment of stakeholders with respect to the dosage form
II. Ensure execution of the deployed manufacturing strategy for the dosage form and achieve state of the art Infrastructure, competencies and processes to create a best in class manufacturing organization
III. Drive the operational excellence agenda and lead the agenda of COGS reduction and OEE improvement in these dosage forms
IV. Generate Product Stewardship in the COE (Technical Services) function to generate focus and alignment of stakeholders with respect to the dosage form
Education Qualification
Post graduate in Pharmacy/Engineering or PhD in Chemistry
Relevant Work Experience
10-14 years of overall experience with 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations
