About the Role:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Lead - Cluster Marketing

to join Regional Generate team. This role is responsible for driving regional sales growth by aligning marketing strategies with cluster sales goals.

The core responsibility of the role to generate demand in the connected building universe of the identified clusters driving new logo acquisition

. The ideal candidate will be responsible to plan and execute actions which incase the awareness about the awareness of our portfolio products across the clusters, generate interest through field marketing interventions and orchestrate structured appointment generation with regional DG.


Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with sales and central marketing teams to align strategies with business goals. Analyze cluster sales data to identify gaps and growth opportunities. Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns, Roadshows, and other on-ground marketing initiatives & visibility. Customize marketing materials to meet cluster-specific requirements. Provide the sales team with tools, insights, and support for customer acquisition. Conduct training sessions on marketing-driven sales strategies and product positioning for FMEs Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, customer needs and provide actionable insights to inform product and service offerings. Measure the ROI of field marketing campaigns and optimize for better outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 4-6 years of experience in field marketing or sales in the telecom or B2B space. Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer preferences. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
