Join the QA organization for Nasdaq Boardvantage. The main objective for the cloud QA team in Mumbai is to build automation for cloud deployment and testing. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be responsible for creating automation for capcloud sanity checks and tests.Your role and responsibilities:

• With 8+ strong experience in testing the deployment of complex applications in cloud environment
• You will lead a team of QA professionals responsible of automating capcloud sanity checks and tests.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with different cloud teams including operations, support and engineering.
• You will work with and learn from subject matter experts, and to take on more responsibility and progress within the cloud team.
• Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Furthermore, you will:

• Design, develop, troubleshoot and implement automated tests for capcloud sanity checks
• Automate these tests and add them to our different pipelines.
• Participate in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, develop project estimates, schedules, test plans, and code reviews.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential problems/issues including authoring of technical specifications.
• Conduct testing, review results, identify bottlenecks

We expect you to have

• Must have Cloud technology like AWS/OCI.
• Experience in docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of Linux and networking concepts.
• Experience in creation of automation frameworks from scratch.
• With any programming language like Java, Python and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good knowledge of bash and shell scripting.
• Ability to lead, Grow, mentor and do the performance appraisal of a team of 3+ people.
• Collaborate and work with external stakeholders across geographies and time zone\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Proven Understanding and good experience of the Quality engineering principles.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor/Master in computer science.

• Good understanding of OCI or any cloud technology
