Monitor network and server security systems, detect and respond to security incidents, and implement corrective actions.xc2xb7 Create and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.xc2xb7 Work with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure security measures are effectively implemented and maintained.xc2xb7 Keep abreast of emerging threats and security technologies to continuously improve security posture.xc2xb7 Identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and networks. Responding to and mitigating security incidents, including breaches, malware infections, and other threats.xc2xb7 Analyzing potential threats and risks to systems and applications.xc2xb7 Knowledge of Azure and securing azure services Deep understanding of Azure Well-Architected frameworkDesired Skills:xc2xb7 Strong understanding of network technologies, operating systems, and security protocols.xc2xb7 Ability to analyze security issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.xc2xb7 Industry certifications like CISSP, CEH, or CCIE Security may be required or preferred.xc2xb7 Experience with various security tools, such as vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools, and incident response platforms.xc2xb7 The ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively, and to work collaboratively with other teams.xc2xb7 Added advantage if you have experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and potentially programming languages used for software development.xc2xb7 Knowledge of Azure and securing azure servicesxc2xb7 Deep understanding of Azure Well-Architected frameworkxc2xb7 Qualification: BTech in Computer Science or relevant field 6+ years of relevant experience in network security, server administration, or cybersecurity proceduresSkillsxc2xb7 Server,Azure,Server SecurityWhat we believe:Were proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
