Job Title : Lead Cloud Engineer
Experience : 10-15 Years
Location : Bengaluru
Shift Time : 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based and on-premise infrastructures, ensuring security and best practices.

• Evaluate and select optimal cloud solutions (hybrid, public, private, multi-cloud) for digital platforms.

• Troubleshoot Azure and on-prem environments, services, and connected worker devices.

• Deploy and support devices such as tablets/phones, lone worker monitoring devices, push-to-talk (PTToB), and Real Time Location Services (RTLS).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features.

• Define and execute XR Immersive Tech (AR/MR/VR) product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Collect and analyze data from connected devices to drive product improvements.

• Act as deployment coordinator for XR and connected worker solutions, including system setup, training, and monitoring.

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance across cloud and XR technologies.

Requisites:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, IaaS, storage, networking, and security.

• Experience with on-premises and cloud-based solution deployment.

• Knowledge of connected worker devices, IoT, and software platforms (Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365).

• Skills in XR technologies (AR/MR/VR) and tools like Unity, Blender, and remote rendering.

• Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage IT service delivery.

• Microsoft AZ900 certification required.

• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

• Experience in scaling and supporting XR/IoT-enabled field operations.
