Purpose of the role:



Summary:

Provide Education on Clinical Practice & Therapy Support to Acute

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




Planning


+ Ensuring timely and effective Clinical Application education & Training.
+ Ensuring that all clinical activities are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner and in compliance with organizational values, professional standards, internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
+ Ensuring that work unit activities, productivity, and/or quality indicators are documented in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Operations:


+ Conducting high quality on site clinical application - Prismaflex On Board training to ensure that the customer can safely and effectively use the equipment maximizing productivity.
+ Supporting the Product/Therapy Adoption goals of the organization by coordinating with Clinicians, Marketing, and Medical Affair to ensure increase in number of high-quality cases performed.
+ Therapy discussion with Clinicians on CRRT adoption based on Indications & practice, Prismaflex Implication & outcomes & Citrate CRRT.
+ Adverse Event (AE) & PV reporting
+ Report of AE reports and any other relevant product safety related information to PV and support with the follow activities with the reporter (HCP and/or patient), if needed, upon PV guidance and request.

Qualification:




BSc/MSc Nursing/Dialysis technicians/Bio-Medical Engineers.


Experience: Minimum 3-year experience.
