Position: VP - Civil Constructions

Experience: 18+ 20Years

Ctc:- 12 lpa (Depend on the interview)

Location :- Hyderabad

Qualification: B.Tech (Civil Engineering)

Role Summary

The VP - Civil Constructions will head the civil construction vertical and be responsible for

strategic planning, execution excellence, cost control, quality assurance, and timely delivery

of multiple large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Overall leadership of

multiple civil construction projects

across locations Define and implement

project execution strategies, systems, and controls

Ensure adherence to

budgets, timelines, quality, safety, and statutory compliance

Oversee

project planning, contracts, procurement, billing, and cash flow

Coordinate with

clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and authorities

Review MIS, progress reports, risk management, and corrective actions Build, lead, and mentor

Project Managers and senior site teams

Support management in

business planning, vendor finalization, and scalability

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in

civil construction execution, contracts, and project management

Proven leadership in handling

?100 Cr+ projects / portfolios

Excellent decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication skills Knowledge of

EPC / PMC / Turnkey models

Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project / Primavera) preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
