Roles:1. Develop and execute marketing plan for the Women's Category business in line with business strategy2. In-depth analysis of assortment, pricing, competitor analysis, and various other market information3. Understand and follow trends in marketing, media, market research, fashion, consumer and the Digital-Social domain to execute best practices4. Develop and monitor the approved calendar of events.5. Design and coordinate brand campaigns and all kind of visibility - Television/Online and in-store presence.6. Responsible for design and production of media content.7. Responsible to build tactical promotions for trade and consumer, and to drive it's success metrics8. Conduct marketing research to support any required project9. Develop and launch product packaging designs/artwork, new Season Catalogue images and content10. Establish, monitor and streamline brand budgets to meet brand KPIs, in alignment with the operating environment11. Find opportunities to maximize the profitability of the business12. Work with multiple stakeholders - agency partners, internal and external customers.Key Requirements:1. Prior experience with Brand Management in Retail and Fashion, or with an advertising agency background2. Strong experience in business analytics, consumer insights development, a solid understanding of core marketing levers - comfort with data and creative3. Work with agility and be comfortable with volatility and ambiguity4. Strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders.5. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, team player6. Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.7. Ability to initiate projects, take ownership and influence for impact8.
