Key Deliverables:-

Preparation of Budget in discussion with various cross functional teams Maintenance and tracking of Actual spends through periodical MIS and do variance analysis with earlier submission Monitoring of key statistics through financial reports, variance analysis and critical KPIs and Discuss with customer Preparation and maintenance of Annual Operating Plan for Project Capex, basis Business Plan Ensuring Capex Approvals as per Company Financial DoA Matrix and Tracking of Spends Preparation of monthly rolling capex forecast and variance analysis with earlier submission. Partnering with various cross function team to Drive Tracks on Capex Reduction/ Build Optimizations Benchmarking of spends across geographies for various budget heads Identification of process weaknesses, control gaps and risks and suggesting key process improvements to higher management to eliminate risks & control gaps. Drive hygiene and cleanup of Balance sheet items of CWIP, Capex, Advance/SD, Inventory and correct CWIP/ capitalization entries in accounts

Skills required:-

Basic understanding of financial Statements and business laws Strong Analytical Skills Strong excel and financial model skills High process orientation and result orientation Good communication skills and have ability to interact with senior leadership Good Negotiation skills

Educational Qualification & Experience:-

Chartered Accountant / 6 to 7 years
B.Tech in Civil plus MBA / 6 to 7 year
