Job Summary

We are looking for a Camunda Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business process automation solutions using Camunda BPM (Camunda 7 or Camunda 8 - Zeebe). The candidate will work closely with backend teams and architects to implement scalable and reliable workflow-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain workflows using BPMN 2.0 and DMN in Camunda Implement Zeebe Job Workers or External Task Workers and integrate them with backend services Handle workflow error handling, retries, timeouts, and compensation logic Integrate Camunda workflows with microservices using REST APIs and messaging systems Support long-running business processes and ensure system reliability Perform unit, integration, and workflow testing Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot workflow executions Document workflows, process logic, and technical implementations Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams
Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Camunda 7 or Camunda 8 (Zeebe) Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and FEEL Backend development experience using .NET / C# (preferred) or Java / Node.js Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ Working knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL and Redis Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of workflow versioning, retries, and long-running process handling
Required Experience & Qualifications

3+ years of software development experience 2+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Good communication and documentation abilities
Good to Have

Experience migrating from Camunda 7 to Camunda 8 Exposure to Camunda SaaS or self-managed deployments Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
