Job Purpose: Executive - CAD is responsible for creating detailed CAD drawings, converting design concepts into accurate models, optimizing CAD files, generating technical documentation, conducting rigorous quality checks, and managing CAD data to ensure the successful and error-free implementation of design projects.
Responsibilities:
Industry Expertise: Staying updated with industry regulations and best practices
The primary duties involve leading a team and managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle
Team Leadership: Leading and managing the contract administration team for efficient execution of obligations.
Contract Management: Overseeing negotiation, drafting, and management processes while ensuring legal and commercial compliance.
Strategy & Collaboration: Working with internal stakeholders to develop contract strategies that support project delivery goals.
Problem Resolution: Guiding the team in resolving contractual issues and disputes.
Risk Management: Conducting regular reviews of contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and compliance needs.
Best Practices: Developing and implementing contract management best practices to optimize delivery and minimize risks
External Coordination: Communicating and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and legal representatives
Reporting: Preparing reports on contract performance, metrics, and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Contract Management is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on commercial real estate projects.
Work Experience:
10-12 years of experience in Airport / Construction Industry.
  • Utilize advanced contract management tools and systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Support the Project Head in strategic decision-making by providing detailed contract analysis and recommendations
  • Proven expertise in contract administration within the commercial real estate industry, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects in commercial construction, including Airports.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills
Digital & Operational Tools
  • Proficiency in contract management software such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Contract Management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with analytics platforms for tracking contract performance metrics.
Leadership Capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.
  • Proven track record of improving contract efficiency and reducing project risks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to align contract management with business goals.
