Job Description

What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Lead Business System Analyst to join our team to support our fast-growing Intl region. You will report into the Intl Sales Operations Director and will work with our International Sales teams, especially the APAC Leadership and our US teams Head Quartered in Seattle.
You will use your strategic thinking and analytical skills to provide data driven insights and build/refine operational processes to support our Sales leaders to achieve main goals and develop new business strategies. You will focus on solving main operational issues and gain insight into strategic decision-making establishing relationships across several cross-functional teams.
We would expect you to:

  • Have business acumen to engage/challenge Sales leaders / Representatives
  • Be familiar with Systems/Tools, specially Salesforce, to increase productivity and efficiencies
  • You need to provide right insights and metrics to identify business gaps and help to solve them
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Partner with the APAC leadership team in identifying main priorities to improve the state of the business, translating Regional requirements into Global programs.
  • Surface Regional best practices and make sure other regions can replicate those to benefit from them
  • Analyse regional data to identify productivity blockers and sharing observations with local and Global leaders to develop new frameworks for improvement
  • Responsible for the monitoring and analysis of sales performance insights: dashboards, revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, segmentation and account assignments, Business reviews, win rates.
  • Support on design and execution work during Annual Planning activities
  • Function as the main contact and subject matter expert to the APAC Sales organization on all matters related to sales tools.
  • Improve the Salesforce CRM platform, creating a more efficient system by identifying new improvements and enhancements
  • Be able to understand our needs and translate them into IT requirements and the other way around
  • Help with the Continuous improvement of different Sales practices: Rules of Engagement, target setting, territory allocation...
  • Identify, design and build Sales processes improvements based on data observations (Pipeline management, planning...) to achieve business growth goals
  • Collaborate with partners across Intl on driving process efficiency by implementing structured methodology to increase insights, productivity and revenue growth
  • You will be reporting to Director, Sales Operations
What You'll Need to be Successful:
  • Experience in a Sales / Revenue operations role in a high-pace company
  • You have experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the overall sales stack of tools that drive productivity
  • You should have at least 8 years of professional experience
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Excel,
, dashboards and reporting * Ability to determine trends and propose solutions. You have worked with Tableau (or another BI tool), connecting to multiple data sources to create reports and dashboards
  • Collaboration skills working with multiple departments and individuals to reach common solutions that serve revenue growth
