Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitatestheresearch,exploration,analysis,anddocumentationofbusinesssystems requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for development.
• Researchandexplorationofuserrequirements,costs,andbenefit sinsupportof documentation required for the demand management process.
• Responsibleforanalyzingthebusinessneeds oidentifynewprocessesandprocess improvements that will meet those needs.
• Documentscurrentbusinessprocessesandmodelstodefinerequirementsand/or gaps.
• Analyzedetailedsystemfactors includinginput/outputrequirements,informationand paper flow, hardware, and software needs.
• Analyze soft" system factors including roles, responsibilities, policy, culture, etc.
• Evaluate the impact of potential software and process changes on the organization.
• Assist in the creation of the business case documentation.
• Understanding of architectural consistency and usability standards.
• Drives the implementation of systems, working closely with technical team members.
• Plan and complete assigned configuration tasks within deadlines.
• Defines and develops user test cases and validates test results during testing.
• Mayconductsystemdemonstrationsandtrainingsessions,aswellasparticipatein design/review of training content.
• Playsathird-levelsupport rolebyhelping totroubleshootandresolveissues with production systems.
• Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.
• Experience with Unidata, UNibasic, Pick, Universe is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle is a plus.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science,InformationSystems, Business,orrelated field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimumof7years ofrelevanttechnicalorbusinessworkexperience,withpreference for experience in business areas such as accounting, finance, warehouse operations, purchasing, order management, and order fulfillment. Business or systems analysis experience can substitute for formal education.
• ProficientinExcel,Outlook, PowerPoint,Visio,andWord.Familiaritywithapplication integration methods, including data mapping processes.
• Strongdomainknowledgeinatleast onebusinessarea, withtheability toanalyzeand improve sophisticated processes and systems.
• Superb communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical collaboratorsatalllevels. Capableofpresentinginvariousformats, fromone-on-one meetings to large group presentations.
• Meticulous,proactive,andefficientwiththeability toorganizeandprioritizetasks. Able to work independently and within teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly, and to work with minimal direction.
• Familiaritywithsoftwaredevelopmentlifecyclemethodologies,andabilitytosupport projects through all phases.
• SoftSkills:Stronglistening skills,creativeproblem-solving,andeffectiveatpresenting ideas and solutions.
