Execute Recruitment to Onboarding lifecycle activities to ensure on-time manpower availability for the BU
- Lead the implementation of PMS process in respective BU in adherence to the PMS process guidelines
- Partner in creating & executing Business/ Functional training for the BU
- Implement Engagement activities to create a productive, engaging and rewarding workplace for BU employees
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA degree in Human Resources,
with min experience of 7 8 years in TA, Employee Engagement and in Generalist HR functions
