Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Product Consultant / Product Owner in an Agile Software-based Digital Product Development environment.
4+ years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
Decent SQL skills for querying databases, analyzing data and validating business requirements.
Ability to interpret and analyze business data to drive decision-making.
Proficient in managing product documentation and tracking Agile project progress.
In-depth understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and digital product lifecycle management.
Experience with wireframing tools such as Visio, Balsamiq, or similar UI/UX tools.
Experience with Tableau to analyze and present insights effectively.
Certified in industry-recognized Agile/Product Owner certifications, such as:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certifications

Define clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers, and testers to plan and execute sprints effectively.
Continuously refine and groom the backlog to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with Agile teams to optimize processes and ensure smooth execution of product increments.
Write well-defined user stories, ensuring clarity, completeness, and testability.
Effectively communicate the "why" behind product features, helping teams understand business value and priorities.
Use storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives around customer needs and product vision.
Proficiency in using Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and collaboration.
Familiarity with creating workflow diagrams, process maps, and business models to visualize requirements.
