We are seeking a

Lead Business Analyst

specializing in SAP Hybris to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation for our SAP Commerce Cloud platform.


You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the delivery of scalable e-commerce solutions. Join us to contribute your expertise and help shape our digital commerce projects.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and analysis for e-commerce features such as product search, order management, and promotions Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with architects and technical leads Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment across business owners, project managers, and technical teams Mentor and lead a team of business analysts, reviewing deliverables and promoting best practices Create and maintain detailed documentation including functional specs and user guides Support User Acceptance Testing by coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders Coordinate integration efforts with SAP ERP, CRM, and third-party services using APIs and middleware Participate actively in Agile and Scrum processes, including writing epics, user stories, and managing backlogs

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing site implementations At least 2-3 years experience as a dedicated Business Analyst Strong functional knowledge of SAP Commerce (Hybris) modules including WCMS, PCM, PIM, and cockpits Technical understanding of SAP Hybris platform architecture and security concepts Practical experience in B2B and/or B2C e-commerce domains Excellent business process and analytical skills with strong problem-solving ability Effective communication and strong stakeholder management skills Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

Experience with Impex data handling in SAP Hybris Knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM integration techniques Certification in SAP Commerce Cloud or related technologies
