Engineering + MBA Graduate with 8+ years of experience as a software business analyst/ COTS functional consultant/ business process consultant for US pharmaceutical industry
Should have worked in the role of a business analyst, business process consultant or functional consultant in at least 2 end to end large software implementation (excluding and AMS/support roles) or process consulting exercises for Pharma Clients
Experienced in direct customer interactions (with business stakeholders) for project delivery or consulting
Experience of working with multiple stake holders within pharma organizations will be preferred
Additional experience in high-level use case discovery and other pre-sales activities will be helpful
Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt, expertise and passion for the domain
Preferred skills (any of the below)
+ Understanding, questioning & validating client business requirements and coming out with improvement options/alternative solutions
+ Excellent documentation skills with hands-on experience of drafting various client artifacts like BRD, Process flows, FRD, Wireframes, Prototype Doc, Test cases, User stories, Epics etc.
+ Understanding of AI/ML solutions usage in US Pharma industry
+ Understanding of the solution landscape in US Pharma
+ Understanding of pharma business processes (Sales/service/marketing/Mfg/Supply Chain/Procurement etc.) and associated system workflows
+ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
+ Adept at conducting solution demonstrations
+ Well versed with Power Point, Word, Visio
Requirement:
Projects Delivery
+ Play the BA role in discovery, POC and implementation of AI/ML solutions
+ Produce project definition/project initiation document clearly defining scope and project objective
+ Document detailed client requirements and process flows
+ Define test cases
+ Support user acceptance test
+ Awareness about project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies & change control processes especially in relation to requirements documentation
+ Effective stakeholder engagement to manage requirements & conflicts
+ Analyze & presenting options and recommendations Support Account Development
+ Create the domain understanding and support in building learning and training documents related to the project domain
+ Develop and maintain relationship with client stakeholders beyond and post the specific needs of the project and identify new opportunities Practice Development
+ Independently own some practice workstreams to deliver the planned services collaterals, frameworks etc.
+ Coach, mentor, train & guide junior resources
+ Support offerings/prospect presentations/proposals including presentation deck, tools/frameworks/templates
+ Demo, POCs, Workshop with prospects, customers and partners
+ Support business case creation
+ Functional scoping of complex RFPs, RFIs & opportunities
+ SoW creation
+ Support new use case discovery and maintain knowledge repository for the Pharma CoE
+ Establishing thought leadership by putting consistent effort to develop innovative AI applications, establishing competitive advantage, active contribution in social media through blogs, webinars, white papers etc. Company Growth
+ Own initiatives beyond practice that are run at a company level
+ Present learnings in company sessions and participate actively in cross-practice sessions for offerings, knowledge sharing etc.
